Reading hundreds of pages required a lot of time. So we tried to find a way to make it much faster.

We uploaded annual reports (10-K or similar) of publicly traded hotel companies (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Host, Wynn, Accor, Vail, Choice) and created a custom GPT.
