I had the pleasure of visiting the Aman Tokyo Patisserie earlier this month and wow, what an experience.
Located on the B2 floor of the Otemachi Tower, this restaurant ticks all the boxes; interior design, food quality and even the takeaway packaging was super high quality.
But the star of the show was the glass window that connects the kitchen (and it's chefs) to the dining area, meaning you can sit back and watch the magic happen.
The whole set up is super Instagrammable too, which draws in those who might not even be staying at the hotel. Honestly, it’s such a smart move, IMO.
Oh, and an honorable mention, the hotel lobby is just ridiculous. It doubles up as a "co-working space" with a 33rd-floor view of Tokyo to die for (and you don't even need to be a hotel guest!)Bravo, Aman.
