Just say how many rooms your hotel has

Imagine picking up a can of soup in a supermarket and the label just says 'soup'.

What kind? Tomato? Chicken? Mystery flavor?

Now you’re forced to do some digging just to find out what should have been obvious.

At this point, it's probably better to buy a can where the label is clearly shown.It’s the same when hotels don’t list their number of rooms.

At Surf Office, we organize hundreds of corporate retreats each year, and one of the first things we need to know is capacity.

Yet, way too often, we’re left searching, emailing, or calling just to get this basic detail.

It’s easy to focus on updating your cocktail menu or Valentine’s weekend package, but your room count should be front and center on your homepage.

And it's not just us either - If guests have to dig for the info, they might just book elsewhere for a more obvious 'can of soup' 😉
