Food labeling needs to be a priority

Bruno Muchada, noticed a pattern forming in hotel dining rooms: food labeling, or rather, the lack of it.

Yes, it might sound trivial at first, but it’s not something you should overlook.

How many times have you, as a guest, approached a hotel buffet, read a sign that simply says ‘Chicken Curry’ and then spooned a ladle of it onto your plate?

We’re not saying you need to reinvent the wheel here. If it’s a chicken curry, the sign should read that it’s a chicken curry. But what’s actually inside this curry? No one knows.

Most will ignore it until the unthinkable happens.

Now you have a guest tucking into that CASHEW BASED chicken curry with a severe nut allergy. Better call the ambulance. Neglecting food labels puts your guests (and your reputation) at serious risk.
